What is Next Generation PDT?

PDT or photodynamic therapy uses photosensitive chemicals called porphyries, which are engineered to attach themselves to rapidly proliferating cells such as cancers, and when they are exposed to the correct frequency of light a chemical reaction occurs destroying the cells they attached to and the tissues they compose.
